Free Standard U.S. Shipping

UrbanX offers free standard shipping within the United States, with no minimum order value. An optional paid shipping service is also available for $12.20 per order. Choose your preferred option at checkout.

Processing Time

Free standard orders have an estimated handling time of 0-1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. The optional paid service has same-business-day handling. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days estimated total, including handling (FREE)
  • Optional Paid Shipping: $12.20 per order; estimated transit of 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items. If there are any issues with your shipping address, our team will contact you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] or call us at (954) 248-9007. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
