At UrbanX (a brand of Urban Extreme LLC), we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Below you will find details about our warranty coverage and how to make a claim.

Standard Product Warranty

All products sold by UrbanX come with a manufacturer warranty where applicable. The warranty period and coverage depend on the specific product and its manufacturer. If a product includes a manufacturer warranty, the details will be listed on the product page or included with the product packaging.

UrbanX Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to any manufacturer warranty, UrbanX offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If your product is defective, malfunctions, or does not perform as described within 90 days of delivery, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund (no restocking fees)

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Products that do not function as advertised
  • Missing parts or accessories upon delivery
  • Items that arrive damaged during shipping

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and provide next steps, including a prepaid return shipping label if needed.

Warranty Claim Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days. Replacements are shipped at no cost to the customer.
