Free Shipping

UrbanX offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (FREE)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume during peak seasons.

  • Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout

Orders are fulfilled from one of our U.S. warehouse locations depending on product type and availability:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items. If there are any issues with your shipping address, our team will contact you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at michael@urbanx.us or call us at (954) 248-9007. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
