We gladly accept returns for items received in original packaging, unused, and like new condition within 14 days. We will also accept returns for items that are not functioning as advertised within 14 days.

In the event of a return or exchange within the accepted timeframe, customer agrees to pay for shipping back to Urban Xtreme. Urban Xtreme will then pay for shipping the exchanged item back to customer. Please email with any questions or concerns.
