Return & Refund Policy

At UrbanX (a brand of Urban Extreme LLC), your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a generous 90-day return policy on all purchases, with no restocking fees.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased from UrbanX within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in like-new condition
  • Item includes all original accessories and documentation

We also accept returns for items that are defective or not functioning as advertised within the 90-day window.

No Restocking Fee

UrbanX does not charge any restocking fees on returned items. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for all eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, UrbanX will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange. UrbanX covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Personal care and beauty products (if opened/used)
  • Pet care products (if opened/used)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
